“Hi Sonja,

I wanted to give you an update on us. We did a 48 hour abstinence sample at home and located almost 100 sperm on 3 slides.

This weekend we did one after 72 hours and each slide had well over 100! In one field of view I saw at least 50.

So, we don’t know what is going on, but it seems good. We scheduled an analysis with possible cryo for tomorrow. I don’t know if we are really jumping the gun, but we don’t know how long this will last and don’t want to miss any opportunities.

If Dr. Kuang wants us to wait we will, but we are pretty hopeful.

“Rich went to lab this morning and they found half a million sperm! They are going to freeze the sample and then thaw it out as a test to see how it reacts. Then he will go in for another freeze on Friday. We are so excited!”
